  5.  I would like to submit this short Letter of Appreciation to Mr. Luis Ramirez and the Staff of Consumer Rights Protection Center LLC.
          During June of 2021 my wife and I had purchased a Toy Hauler Travel Trailer at a local dealership after thoroughly researching the reputation and quality of the manufacturer. After making payment on the trailer we were informed that were issues with the unit that would prevent us from utilizing it. From the day we first took possession we had numerous complaints with broken or non-functional items with little to no success in getting them resolved. Bottom line was that in the first year of ownership the trailer was either in the shop for repair or sitting unusable awaiting repair all but about six weeks. We tried to work with the Dealership and the Manufacturer on our own and they were unresponsive in even our basic request to have the one year warranty extended.
          By May, 2022 we had finally given up trying to get help from the Dealership and Manufacturer and we located Luis Ramirez and Consumer Rights Protection Center, LLC on the internet while researching Travel Trailer “Lemon Law” issues in Arizona. I made initial contact with Luis Ramirez on 5-15-2022 and requested a Free Evaluation of our claim. I received a very well written and detailed response from Luis on 5-17-2022. He explained in great detail what the process would entail if we had a valid case, time lines involved and recourses should the proceedings not result in a satisfactory resolution for us. He was very thorough and he provided the numerous options available and the potential for an out of court settlement based on the facts that we could prove through documentation. Because of Luis’ professionalism and genuine concern regarding our case we elected to proceed. From the beginning Luis was in constant contact with us through more than 34 E-Mails and numerous phone calls and he updated us every step of the way. He described his interaction with the Manufacturer and what he recommended we should demand for compensation. Even when I proposed three separate “recommendations” he sat down and discussed each one with me and why he thought the “Pie in the Sky” take the trailer back would likely not receive a favorable return. After much discussion we agreed on an upper limit to demand for compensation and we revised that figure several times as the negotiations continued with the Manufacturer trying to undercut the amount and us holding the upper ground. On July 29, 2022 I was notified that the Manufacturer had agreed to our final offer and that we could expect payment within several weeks. Luis provided all necessary documentation to us and handled 100% of the interaction with the Manufacturer. On August 22, 2022 I was notified that Luis had received the money transfer from the Manufacturer and our settlement check arrived in the mail the next day. Needless to say we have been very pleased with every contact we have had with Luis who personally handled every single contact with us in person. The entire process from first contact until we received our settlement was 3 months which was right on his estimate.
          I can not thank Luis and his staff enough for the personal and professional manner in which he fought for our rights. I highly recommend Luis Ramirez and Consumer Rights Protection Center, LLC.

  12. I appreciate Mr. Luis Ramirez’ help. I bought a car…around 15,000 miles it developed an engine problem that [the manufacturer] failed to resolve after five visits to the dealership for repairs. Because I did not contact a lawyer before the warranty expired, I was not able to recover the full value of the car as a lemon, but Mr. Ramirez was instrumental in recovering enough that I should be able to keep the particular part of the engine repaired and working for the life of the car. All three were out of warranty and / or not covered by lemon laws…They work on contingency so if they don’t win they don’t get paid. They won all three claims for me!
