  10. I appreciate Mr. Luis Ramirez’ help. I bought a car…around 15,000 miles it developed an engine problem that [the manufacturer] failed to resolve after five visits to the dealership for repairs. Because I did not contact a lawyer before the warranty expired, I was not able to recover the full value of the car as a lemon, but Mr. Ramirez was instrumental in recovering enough that I should be able to keep the particular part of the engine repaired and working for the life of the car.   20. Mr. Ramirez helped me greatly with settling [my] claim. I bought a brand new [vehicle] in 2015 and unfortunately, it had several problem. I had many repairs done through warranty, but it was very frustrating, to say the least. I ended up exploring my options for Lemon Law only to find out I had just missed the deadline for filing a Lemon Law claim. I was referred to Mr. Ramirez by an attorney friend of mine to pursue a claim. Mr. Ramirez was very professional, knowledgeable, and stayed in communication the entire time. The end result was [the manufacturer] agreed to repurchase the vehicle as a “buy-back” by paying off the loan along with providing me a check for what I paid for the vehicle in its entirety. This was totally unexpected and I know this probably would not have been the outcome if Mr. Ramirez did not pursue the claim. I have and will refer this law firm to anyone seeking a consumer rights protection claim involving a vehicle.

  22. THREE times I have had “lemon vehicles” (5th wheel RV, side by side UTV, truck). All three were out of warranty and / or not covered by lemon laws…They work on contingency so if they don’t win they don’t get paid. They won all three claims for me! I am in no way associated with the firm. I am a retired military man and now a full time RVer.
